Rivers State Deputy Governor, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, has felicitated His Eminence, Barr. Nwachukwu Obuoha Nnam Obi III, the Oba (Eze) Ogba of Ogbaland, on his birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message on Friday, September 18, 2026, Prof. Odu joined the Royal Family of Ogbaland, the entire Ogba people and well-wishers across the world to celebrate the revered monarch.
The Deputy Governor described the Oba (Eze) Ogba as a father figure and a man of excellence and dignity, whose reign has fostered peace, unity and development in Ogbaland.
"My dad, a man of excellence," Prof. Odu stated, noting that the monarch's wisdom, fatherly guidance and commitment to peace have continued to inspire many.
She commended the Oba (Eze) Ogba stool as a revered traditional institution that has played a vital role in promoting culture, peace and harmonious coexistence in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, Rivers State and beyond.
Prof. Odu prayed for God's protection, long life, sound health, wisdom and greater honour for His Eminence as he continues to occupy the throne of his forefathers, wishing him a long, peaceful and prosperous reign.
