The body of an unidentified young woman has been discovered in Ogoda community, Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Sources in the community said the victim was reportedly abducted and killed, with some of her organs allegedly harvested by her assailants.
The circumstances surrounding her abduction and murder remain unclear as of the time of this report. Residents who discovered the body alerted members of the community, sparking panic in the area.
Security agencies are yet to release an official statement on the incident.
The remains of the deceased have been evacuated from the scene.
