Akoh Monarch Lauds Gov. Sim Fubara For Lifting His Suspension


~ COMMENDS NIGERIA POLICE FOR ADDRESSING INSECURITY IN AKOH KINGDOM.

The Natural Ruler of Igbu Akoh Ancient Kingdom, His Majesty, Eze (Hon) Cassidy O.W. Ikegbidi JP, AP, FICAN, FCIAP (Chartered), Eze Igbu-Akoh II has lauded His Excellency, Sir Siminalaye Fubara, GSSRS, Executive Governor of Rivers State for his kind gesture in lifting the suspension placed on him over an allegation of complicity in the gruesome murder of Superintendent Bako Amgbashim on the 8th of September, 2023, by one Gift Okpara David (alias 2Baba) and his cult gang.

Speaking with newsmen in his Port-Harcourt residence when the news of the lifting of his suspension hit the airwaves, Eze Ikegbidi expressed his deep and profound gratitude to the Governor for his unparalleled gesture.

He also commended the Nigeria Police Force for the proactiveness deployed in addressing the insecurity situation in the state, especially in Igbu Akoh kingdom of Ekpeye Ethnic Nationality.

He paid glowing tributes to the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun and the State commissioner of police, Disu Olatunji in their relentless efforts in ensuring that justice was eventually served on the culprits.

He urged the Nigerian Police to be relentless in strengthening its security apparatus as to bring lasting peace in Ekpeye land, particularly in Igbu-Akoh Kingdom. He warned the youths to desist from evil tendencies as no individual or community can thrive in an atmosphere of evil but should engage themselves in meaningful ventures.

He pledged his total support and commitment and that of the well meaning people of Igbu Akoh Kingdom to the Governor Siminalaye Fubara's led administration in promoting peace and development in the land. 

He also thanked the Igbu Akoh people for their steadfastness and unwavering spirit in praying for peace during the trying period and advised them to always report any suspicious movement to the Security Agencies.
