~ As Miss Favour Biko is rescued in Iraq

~ Personally facilitates her safe return to Nigeria

Hon. Prince Chibudom Nwuche OFR DSSRS, Former Deputy Speaker, Federal House of Representatives have intervened in the unfortunate plight of the Ekpeye born Rivers State girl Miss. Favour Biko who travelled to Iraq for greener pastures but was humiliated and maltreated by her employer.

The former deputy speaker swiftly intervened as he took over the matter by providing free legal services and finance to rescue the young girl safely. "I can authoritatively tell you that the young girl (Miss Favour Biko) has been rescued and united with the family of our partner, an Iraqi kind lawyer introduced to us by an Ekpeye illustrious son working in Saudi Arabia Engr. Willie Osoks while arrangements are in place for her safe return to Nigeria as her air ticket has been booked" he confirmed. We gathered that Miss Favour Biko will leave Iraq enroute Cairo - Egypt by Egypt air for onward movement to Abuja to be received by Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche and his entourage.

Nwuche revealed that every necessary arrangement has been made with the collaboration of our lawyer in Iraq Barr. Muyuad as Miss Favour is expected to be back to Nigeria this week. Nwuche said he decided to single-handedly handle the matter when the relevant government agencies he contacted to rescue Miss Favour refused to reciprocate hence as a man whose welfare of his people is paramount to him, quickly acted to save the precious life of the girl in far away Iraq.

Recall that news of Miss Favour Biko broke out on the social media late November 2023 as she was seen crying and asking the general public to help rescue her in the hands of her employers in Iraq who humiliated, starved and derived her of her monthly salaries.
